Update on the Boohers!

WOW! Colten is half way to his first birthday! It has gone by way too fast. We keep telling him to slow down but, he will not listen. Life in the Booher house is so much fun! Danny and I could not be having more fun.

He is such a love! More so, such a BOY! Everything about him is rough and tumble. The other day I put Colten in his floor play gym and walk away for a second......I looked over at him and he had flipped the entire gym over and was underneath it giggling. Not sure how he did it but, we were laughing like crazy. He has graduated out of the swing and into anything that has him sitting up and exploring the world around him. Last week we got an exersaucer for him to play in. He figured it out right away and keeps himself busy studying and playing with all of the toys attached to it.

Rice cereal, pears and bananas are on the menu. Drooling is pretty much a sport around here and Colten is the champion! His favorite toy is a little bear our neighbors in AZ gave him. We call him 'Luvee' . He loves to cuddle with him and of course chews on him constantly. Luvee does not mind.

Danny will start the US tour here soon. He has a ton of trips planned for work and play this summer. This week he will travel 4 out of 7 days. Hitting Vegas for a conference and Denver for a meeting. Work has been keeping him super busy. Lots of deals in the works!

This Spring Danny took on a huge house project. Re-doing our deck by the pool. It needed some added square footage, sanding down and painting. He decided to upgrade it too with a post that has a clock and themometor, shelf for the baby monitor :) and hooks for towels. He also, added a large bench. It looks fantastic! My husband continues to amaze and surprise me with his handy ways around the house as well as his incredible Daddy skills.

I am busy with Colten and trying to keep the house in order. Jezzzzzz things change when a baby comes along. The major thing going on with me is returning to work. It is soooo hard to leave the fam at home for multiple days, but I am enjoying being back at work.
